Tell us what the surgeon needs to see. We design, engineer and manufacture it — under your brand.
Minimally invasive surgery succeeds or fails on what the surgeon can see. Most improvements in imaging performance, cost and ergonomics start as an idea in a clinical setting — not as a line in a supplier’s catalogue.
Our OEM work is not about picking something off our list and putting your logo on it. Tell us what you want the surgeon to see, even if it does not exist yet. We take responsibility for turning it into a device that can be manufactured, registered and serviced.
Where it helps, we prepare the technical documentation your device and your target market require. This part of the process grows more complicated every year, and our experience is available to you here as well.
A project can end in a single module, in a set of modules, or in a complete system with its own enclosure, interface and packaging.
Whether an idea becomes a product depends on what already exists on both sides. Here is where we can start.
Wavelength, bandwidth, sensitivity and the way images are fused follow your clinical scenario, not our standard specification. If a single-use configuration makes clinical or commercial sense for your product, we will work that concept through with you in detail.
Something not on this list? Those are the enquiries we like most. Describe what you have in mind — even if it is only a clinical situation, or a sentence like “if only we could see this”. We will assess together whether it can be done, how far it can go, what it costs and how long it takes.
An idea only becomes a product if the engineering behind it already exists. Ours covers the whole imaging chain in-house, from the objective lens through to the console that runs it.
Each of these is set out on its own page, together with the modules already in production behind it.
Take a module already in production and apply your branding and enclosure. Fast to market, fast to test demand. Suited to companies that already have a system platform and are missing only the imaging core.
You bring the requirements and the specification, we do the custom development. Enclosure, mechanics, interface, buttons, connectors, algorithm parameters and packaging all follow your definition. Suited to companies with a defined product and a brand identity to protect.
You have a clinical concept or a technical direction, but no product definition yet. We work through clinical co-creation, feasibility and concept design until it becomes a real device, then carry it into production and registration. Suited to start-up teams, to larger companies whose own development capacity is fully committed, and to clinicians or researchers turning a patented technique into a product.
The three paths are not exclusive. Many customers start with an existing module to get to market, then move to custom or joint development.
We work in stages. A stage does not close until it meets its defined criteria, and the next one does not start before that.
Your concept and the clinical problem laid out in discussion. Can it be done, how well, and is it worth doing — with an initial cost and timing range.
The idea becomes a technical concept, with the economics examined alongside it. Requirements specification and first cost and schedule estimate.
Drawings become a functional model, so conceptual weaknesses surface early. Material compatibility and reprocessing testing start here.
First system testing under simulated use. Closes with design freeze, verification and validation, the service concept and the registration plan.
Developed to a manufacturable state against the requirements specification, with stable, repeatable processes and certification requirements built in.
We provide the evidence your target market requires — RoHS and REACH, material compatibility, reprocessing validation, biological evaluation and IEC 60601 series reports.
A modular platform and a high degree of vertical integration hold consistent quality and short lead times across different batch sizes.
Technical support, repair and spare parts supply, with dedicated training available for your service team.
We are used to working with third-party intellectual property alongside our own. From the first day of a project:
From optics, sensor front end and algorithms through mechanics, electronics and industrialisation tooling. Your idea does not have to be translated into “is there something in your range that fits” first.
We keep advancing fluorescence methods for perfusion and lymph node mapping, and paths that separate tissue by spectral signature without a contrast agent. Pixel-level fusion and AI-assisted sensitivity are the hardest parts of this platform to reproduce.
We stay with our customers for the life of the product. The team works closely with you at every stage, so communication holds and nothing is assumed.
Beyond the technology, we advise on market trends, regulatory compliance and product positioning, to support better commercial decisions.
A mature module platform, an efficient supply chain, and experience in development, production, service and complex regulation get your product into the market sooner.
Built on China’s mature electronics and optics supply chain — a more competitive price at a comparable technical level.
Interfaces clinicians can read and use quickly. Better ergonomics means higher theatre efficiency and less fatigue for the operating surgeon.
Uniform quality standards, single-piece-flow serial production, and reliable delivery on agreed dates, across different volumes and cadences. We adapt to your brand marks, design language and colour scheme.
Yes. Your algorithms can run on our boards, and we can integrate them with the processing already there.
Anything you bring stays yours. Technology we develop specifically for your project is not used elsewhere. The details are set out in the agreement before work begins.
We handle both small and large series. Tell us your expected volume and we will propose a production approach that fits it.
We provide the technical documentation and evidence your target market requires. The registration itself is filed by you or your local representative.
It depends on where you start. A branding and enclosure change on an existing module is measured in months. New development runs through the stages above, and we give an estimate during co-creation.
Yes, and many customers do exactly that.
An unsolved clinical problem, a product idea still looking for an engineering partner, a technical direction you are not sure can be built — bring it to us. Under a signed non-disclosure agreement we will assess it properly and tell you honestly what is possible and what it costs.
